What will you teach me?
Our classes are an informal way to learn the home style Italian cooking. We offer amateur cookery classes in London, learn the traditions, the culture being some of the most famous dishes in Italy.
In the market:
Learn how to recognise choose the right Italian ingredients.
In the Kitchen:
It is a hands on workshop where you will actually participate in the cooking of Italian regional and specialty dishes.
In the 4 hours we will cook a starter and a complete main course indicated in our menu below.
Eat:
At the end of our tying day we will eat together what we produced.

Every dish in Italy is a piece of history, every town in Italy has a long story behind. Learning Italian cookery is learning history, anthropology, culture, and language. Our aim is to cook the prefect Italian meal but we want our students to appreciate the full experience.
